I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in any activities at ManAlive Expedition camps - including but not limited to disc golf, water sports, skeet shooting, and other potential events - carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, regardless of whether safety measures are in place.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in ManAlive Expedition activities, I hereby indemnify, release, hold harmless, and forever discharge ManAlive Expedition, its Directors, Officers, Members, Agents, Associates, and Affiliates from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, arising out of or related to my participation in the activities at the event. This release applies even if the injury or damage arises from the negligence of the organization.

This waiver and release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. The provisions will remain in full force and effect even after the termination of the event, whether by agreement, operation of law, or otherwise.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize ManAlive Expedition to arrange for emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of an injury or illness sustained during my participation. I also authorize ManAlive Expedition to disclose the medical information I provide during registration to emergency personnel if necessary.

I acknowledge that alcohol and controlled substances are strictly prohibited at all ManAlive Expedition events. Any consumption or use of such substances will void the protections offered by this waiver.

Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this waiver, or any alleged breach of it, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the state of Arkansas under Arkansas law. This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by that law.

If any provision of this waiver is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective and enforceable.

This waiver contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements regarding its subject matter. The provisions of this waiver may only be amended, altered, or repealed with the prior written consent of all parties involved.

I am of lawful age and legally competent to approve this Authorization & Waiver. I understand the terms of this Authorization & Waiver, and I have willingly approved and agreed to it as my own free act.
